Cancellation

A 48-hour notice is required for all cancellations and rescheduling. Cancellations made before the 48-hour window will have their deposit automatically transferred to their next scheduled visit. All appointments require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. Deposits are transferable and may be applied to a rescheduled appointment within 60 days of the original booking date. No-shows will result in immediate forfeiture of the deposit and may result in loss of future booking privileges. Running late? Please notify us if you are running more than 10 minutes behind. Arrivals beyond 15 minutes may result in a rescheduled appointment or a reduction of booked services to honor the time of other guests. We appreciate your understanding and respect for this policy.
